FOR NON-WATER'S EDGE PATIENTS: Your order will not be processed. (We are not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen packages.)
SHIPPING & RETURNS
- SHIPPING POLICY:
- We endeavor to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 days of receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. Shipping charges in the continental United States are a flat rate fee based on delivery method and shipping time.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- . Shipping options for international orders include, depending on location, USPS First Class, First Class International, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail International; UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express, and Worldwide Saver.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you choose, plus the weight of the items. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
- At this time, International orders are not eligible for free shipping. International orders may be subject to additional duty/customs at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for these additional charges. We cannot determine this cost in advance as these are set individually by each country.
- Seattle Natural Medicine Clinic is not liable for delays or losses due to Customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry.
- OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
- . If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on backorder. We will ship the out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- . If you need to cancel a recent order, please contact us at reminders@naturopathic.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- REFUND POLICY:
- . Please first email reminders@naturopathic.com to coordinate returns. We offer a 45-day, satisfaction guarantee on most supplements and body products if received in original packaging, unopened, not damaged or expired. Heat-sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, products can be returned to:

A refund will be processed upon receipt of return package. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Large returns may be subject to a handling fee.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all orders, and your refund will be product cost minus any fees(return label or in-office returns.) Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process refunds.

Return Policy
You can return any unopened dispensary items within 45 days of your order. Please ship any returns to:

You will receive a refund to the credit card you used at checkout once the return has been visually inspected that all seals are in place and the product has not been damaged. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted for all dispensary returns. Your refund will be product cost minus any fees.
